Questions

Do I need a card to start?
Yes — you add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged for your first 30 days. Cancel from Settings → Billing any time before then and you won't pay anything.
Who counts as staff?
Anyone active on your Staff page — usually everyone who takes bookings, including you. 3 are included; each extra person is RM 35.00/month. Deactivate someone who leaves and your bill goes down automatically.
I have more than one branch.
Add each branch from Settings under one login and one bill. Every extra location is RM 99.00/month and comes with its own 3 included staff and booking page.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, billed monthly in advance in ringgit. Invoices and receipts are emailed to you and always available from Settings → Billing.
What if a payment fails?
Your booking page stays live while we retry the card over the next couple of weeks, and we'll remind you to update it. Nothing switches off the moment a payment bounces.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing — no call needed. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and your data stays put if you come back.
