Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an Multiglow account or to book an appointment through an Multiglow booking page. A contract with someone under 18 is void under Malaysian law, so a parent or guardian should book and consent on a minor's behalf where the minor is the one receiving the service.

What Multiglow is

Multiglow is booking and management software for salons. When you book an appointment through an Multiglow booking page, your contract for that service is with the salon, not with Multiglow — Multiglow provides the platform that makes the booking possible.

Salon accounts and billing

Salon accounts start with a one-month free trial. A card is added at sign-up and is not charged during the trial; unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, it continues automatically. Continued use of the public booking page requires an active subscription, paid by card and billed through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. The monthly price depends on the number of locations and active staff on the account; when either changes, the difference is prorated onto the next invoice.

If a payment fails, the booking page stays live while the card is retried for up to about two weeks. If it still can't be collected, the subscription ends and the public booking page is paused. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. None of this affects a salon staff member's access to their own existing data.

Cancellations and refunds

Where a salon takes payment upfront for a package of future services (for example a prepaid course of grooming sessions), Malaysian consumer protection law caps what a salon can charge a customer who cancels: the smaller of 5% of the contract price, the cost of anything already used or kept, or the value of services already received. Any refund owed for the unused portion is due within 14 days of cancellation. This applies regardless of a salon's own stated cancellation policy. Multiglow itself does not currently process upfront customer payment for bookings — this clause governs any future feature that does, and any salon that separately collects prepayment outside Multiglow.

Multiglow's own subscription fees, charged to salons, are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Multiglow to collect more customer data than a booking genuinely needs, to send marketing messages without the customer's separate consent, or to publish fabricated reviews or claims about a service that can't be backed up.

Liability

Multiglow is provided as software to help run a salon's bookings; we are not a party to the service a salon provides its customers and are not responsible for the quality of that service. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Multiglow's liability for issues with the platform itself is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes

We may update these terms as Multiglow changes. We'll post the update here with a new date at the top.
